RewardinMe Terms of Use

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RewardinMe (the “Platform”, “Service”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws, and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

RewardinMe reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.2 Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You are fully responsible for:

• All activities conducted under your account
• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• Ensuring campaign configurations, rewards, and content comply with applicable laws

RewardinMe is not responsible for losses, damages, or claims arising from unauthorized account use.

1.3 Permitted Use

You may use RewardinMe solely for lawful marketing, engagement, and promotional purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for fraud, deception, gambling, or illegal promotions
• Violate third-party intellectual property rights
• Abuse system resources, bots, or APIs
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, white-label, or exploit any part of the Platform without written consent

RewardinMe reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions, with or without notice.

1.4 Campaigns, Rewards & Results Disclaimer

RewardinMe provides tools to create gamified campaigns. We do not guarantee:

• Campaign performance
• User participation levels
• Conversion, revenue, or ROI outcomes
• Reward redemption behavior

All campaign results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, user behavior, reward attractiveness, and campaign setup choices.

1.5 Intellectual Property

All software, game mechanics, templates, designs, branding, and documentation are the exclusive property of RewardinMe. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or license beyond normal Platform usage.

User-generated content remains owned by the user; however, you grant RewardinMe a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and operate such content for service delivery and platform improvement.

1.6 AI Features, Automation & Non-Advice Disclaimer

RewardinMe may provide AI-powered tools, assistants, and automated features designed to support campaign setup, optimisation, and platform usability (“AI Features”).

You acknowledge that:

• AI Features are provided as productivity tools only
• AI-generated suggestions are not professional, legal, financial, or marketing advice
• AI outputs are based on probabilistic models and user-provided inputs and may contain errors or omissions

You remain solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and implementing any AI-generated content, recommendations, or configurations before use.

RewardinMe expressly disclaims all liability for losses, damages, penalties, or claims arising from the use, misuse, or interpretation of AI-generated outputs.

1.7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• RewardinMe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months

This applies regardless of legal theory, including contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

1.8 Termination

RewardinMe may suspend or terminate access immediately if:

• These Terms are breached
• Legal or regulatory risk arises
• Platform integrity or security is threatened

Termination does not waive any accrued rights or obligations.
